  My dad died after not speaking with me for almost thirty years ditto for my brother and his family thankyou Watchtower Bible and Tract society for wrecking my family based on false interpretaion of scriptures.

  Speaking of not looking at old publications when I was at Bethel some fellow bethelites accused me of being apostate when they spotted me in the library reading near a section of the old publications, they thought I was reading them, I was just preparing a talk but that's the kind of paranoia they had about looking back at their past teachings.

  Statistically speaking, it would be safer to take the 1976 vaccine than it would be to drive on two-lane highways in an automobile. Right

  I took the 76 swine flu shot at Bethel, i thought I was gonna die, wanted to die...laid in bed for two days till they preassured me to go back to work...I felt terrible for weeks. I have talked to other people my age who took that shot and had similar experiece. No thanks, I will work on my building my immune system instead.

  I wouldn't want anybody's kids taking it either...you can if you wish get a release from their school for taking it for religious reasons. You write a note explaining it's against your religious beliefs get it notorized and take it to their school.

  I have heard the schools get extra money if there over ninty eight per cent of their students are vaccinated. Hmmmm.

  in teaching man that if he has done something wrong that all he has to do is put his hands on the head of an innocent animal/person to transfer his sins to it (rather like the cootie game children play) and then cut it's throat?.

  does it appeal to your sense of justice to let someone else take the blame for something you did?.

  Pass the buck, isn't that what the Bible's God does, oh he gave you a free will but if you choose to use it...somebody has to pay and hey it ain't gonna be the most powerful one God, it's always the weakest the little lamb, or the stupid bull. Just like the elite who wrote the Bible, who are eugenicists and have a long history of trying to get rid of the weakest people in society.

  A side point it's to bad people have to eat meat to survive, it kinds of just makes us part of the animal food chain, survival of the fittest. No different than sharks or lions. I have been a vegetarian off and out but I think you need to eat a little meat to stay healthy.

  I once heard Bill Moyers say in an interview that the news service conceal alot of stories from the public, so how can we have the correct view on reality if were not being told things.

  The JW's baptize alot of people who don't fully understand what their doing, break a rule, or even a perceived disagreement with their official views and your kicked out without mercy, ignorance of the law no excuse.

  How Many Personally Heard F. W. Franz Speak?

  i believe i did in 1974, but i was just coming into the org and didn't realize the significance of the part he played.. it was a sunday at a stadium on the campus of the university of alabama in tuscaloosa.

  all the "friends" were almost beside themselves with excitement, so looking back, it must have been f. w. franz!.

  i'd worked until 6 pm that saturday night, had a one year old teething child, and had to arise at 3 am to get ready for the bus trip.. when we arrived, the weather had turned colder, the stadium was quite warm, and i fell asleep a few minutes into the talk.

  I heard him at the old Met Sports Center in Bloomington MN, his voice would rise and fall like an old time carnival barker, the phrase I remember he hung on forever was the Greeeeeeaaat Tribulation. He would seeminlgy aimlessly go of in thousand different directions at the start and without notes, then he would connect all the dots at the end of the talk. He had a large mouth and high voice and kind of reminded me of the old time comedian Joey Brown. I heard him also at Bethel when I was there in the seventies.

  When he would pass you in the hall he would look straight ahead and not speak, I thought it was odd but thought it was because even then he was losing his vision. They made an announcement once that if Brother Franz passes you in the hall and doesn't speak don't feel bad his mind is on great spiritual matters. (like how to wiggle out of 1975)

  If "Government Turns on Religion"......

  do you think it would be a good thing or a bad thing?.

  it's so obvious there are so many charlatans and liars getting away with fraud.. it's so obvious that religions are causing most all of the dissention between peoples.. but, because of wt teachings that this act of "government turning on religion" will harbor the worst evil of all....do you still feel a bit uneasy about it?.

  I agree with The Berean's point government needs religion to keep people in line, if Government does anything it's always to expand it's power and control over people, that Government would call religion on the carpet for corruption seems to me like one mafia family accusing another of crime. What governent wants is all religion contolled by government.

  dorothy kilgallen was a fearless journalist who broke major stories, and was the only reporter to interview lee harvey oswald's killer, jack ruby.

  her biggest case yet -- investigating president john f. kennedy's assassination, and finding fault with the official story -- became the last one she ever pursued.

  she died mysteriously in november 1965, after being threatened, but the cops never probed further.. .

  On Aug. 3, 1962, Kilgallen became the first journalist to refer publicly to Marilyn Monroe's relationship with a Kennedy. Within 48 hours, Marilyn was found dead of a drug overdose at her Los Angeles residence.

  Yeah if memory serves me right Dorthy Kilgallen said on a Friday she had information on the Kennedy assasination and she was going to make an announcement on Monday, she died during the weekend, never made it to Monday. The moral of the story, if you have something dangerous to tell don't announce it in advance.

  When I was at Bethel in the seventies family members were discouraged from looking at the older publications for obvious reasons, I wonder if they discourage members now from looking at the old 'Truth Book' or 'Paradise Lost Book' or the other publications with the 75 date in it from the sixties and early seventies.
